If you have previously taken the EPPP and are required to have the score transferred to the North Carolina Psychology Board (depending on the provision under which you have made application), the link to the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards (ASPPB) for that purpose is www.asppb.net/?page=ScoreTransfer

The Board-developed State Examination assesses the applicant's knowledge of the North Carolina Practice Act, selected rules of the Board covering such topics as education and supervision, and other legal requirements, and the APA Ethics Code. The examination is comprised of multiple-choice questions and is a computer-based examination which you will have a two hour time limit to take. This exam is not required to be taken at a testing center. You will be required to get 50 correct answers for all levels of licensure. After receiving your admit notification and upon payment of the $200 State Examination fee to the NC Psychology Board, an applicant who has been approved by the Board for examination will be sent a link to attempt the exam.
